Century Blue Moon Master Plan: Towers, Open Space & Layout

Century Blue Moon Master Plan: Towers, Open Space & Layout

The Century Blue Moon master plan is built on a single idea: keep the density low and give the landscape room to breathe. Five towers sit on a roughly 6.075-acre parcel, with only five homes a floor and around 56 residences an acre, so the ground plane stays open rather than packed. Close to 75% of the parcel is held as landscape, anchored by a ~40,000 sft clubhouse and the two-level Arena. If you want to walk the layout in person, book a visit with our team. What follows is how the plan is organised — towers, open space, and the wider township it plugs into.

The Century Blue Moon Master Plan at a Glance

Here are the defining numbers behind the Century Blue Moon luxury apartments. The parcel is compact and privacy-first, which is unusual for a project of this scale in a prime corridor.

Master Plan Highlights

  • Residential towers integrated with a commercial and cultural neighbourhood.

  • Large landscaped open zones, green buffers and water-feature integration.

  • Wide internal roads and podium-level social and recreational spaces.

  • A metro station planned within the township.

  • Multiple entry and exit points for organised traffic management.

  • Dedicated utility and infrastructure-management zones.

Tower Planning & Design

Five residential towers are set with generous separation for privacy and cross-ventilation. Each tower rises through two basement levels for parking and utilities, then ground plus 15 or 16 residential floors, served by four high-speed elevators. The defining choice is the layout itself: no two homes share a common wall, and only five residences open onto each floor, which keeps lift-lobby traffic low and gives every home an independent-home feel.

Layouts come from global design partnerships, including BDP, with a space-efficient philosophy that carries into each plan. A skyline-oriented façade and a premium lobby finish the arrival experience. Underlying it is an RCC framed structural system built for long-term durability, with the towers oriented to open up cross-views of the surrounding landscape and the North Bangalore skyline. Taken together, these choices are what let Century Blue Moon Jakkur read as a low-density address rather than a stacked high-rise. Material and finish details sit on the Specifications page.

Open Space, The Arena & Landscape

With roughly 75% of the parcel left open, landscape is the organising element of the plan. At the centre, the two-level Arena gives the community two distinct moods; the brief frames it as the ground carrying the pulse and the roof carrying the pause. The ground level is active and social, the roof a quieter, raised layer of living. Down at ground level, the Arena holds a cricket net and lap pool, an open-air theatre, outdoor fitness, a children’s play area, a basketball court, and tennis and pickleball courts, all arranged around a central community lawn. The roof reads as a second ground: a reading garden, alfresco dining, and quiet social corners and rooftop lounges.

Wide internal roads, podium-level social zones, green buffers and water features run through the layout, while the ~40,000 sft clubhouse anchors the indoor side with a triple-height lobby and lounge. The full lifestyle programme — courts, pools and rooftop spaces — is set out on the Amenities page.

Inside the Wider Immencity Master Plan

Beyond the residential parcel, the plan plugs into Century Immencity — a 50+ acre development spanning roughly 11 million sft across five distinct districts. Residences sit alongside Grade-A offices, premium co-working, 5-star hospitality, a retail and high-street zone, and culture-led public spaces; the commercial scale and hospitality figures include development for leasing in phases.

The office park is planned with three basements plus ground and 12 Grade-A floors, with integrated metro connectivity. A station planned within the township, multiple entry and exit points for organised traffic, and dedicated utility and infrastructure zones round out the planning. Day-to-day life is planned in too: a line-up of F&B from fine dining to upscale pubs and a food court, gallery and exhibition spaces with art across the public realm, a creche and daycare, convenience retail and a supermarket, shuttle services, ample parking, and 100% power backup across common areas. Landscaped gardens, water features and collaboration zones give the township a working-and-living rhythm rather than a single-use feel. Choosing Century Blue Moon at Century Immencity therefore means buying into a worked-out neighbourhood, not just a tower. You can compare the home layouts on the Floor Plan page, where the Century Blue Moon floor plan options span two 3 BHK formats, a large 4 BHK and the penthouse collection, and you can see how it all sits on the corridor on the Location page.
